I'm getting an "Invalid email address/password combination" message
If you are receiving the "Invalid email address/password combination" message, the email address or password that you entered does not match our records. Please ensure that each of the following are not causing this:
- Your account email address should match the address that the Invitation or Reminder emails are being sent to.
- The password for your account is CASE sensitive. It is also required that your password contains 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and must contain a minimum of 8 characters
- If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password Link to create a new one
