I downloaded the PDF of my report but cannot open it. What's wrong?

In order to view the PDF version of your feedback report, you will need to have Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you do not have the reader, you will need to download it from the "View Feedback Report" page or from the URL below.  If you do have Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher and you are still unable to view the PDF, then please submit a support ticket.
